Ingredients
Directions:
Ok, first combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in another larger bowl until creamy. I beat in between everything, I think it makes the cookies a little lighter. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Mix in the milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips. If the dough is a little sticky, put it in the refrigerator for a half hour. Then place on ungreased cookie sheet. Then take about six or seven white chocolate chips and push them upside-down in the unbaked cookie. Bake at 350 for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set. Let stand for 2 minutes then take off sheets to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen (really small) cookies.
This recipe is based off the Nestle Toll House “White Chocolate Chip Cookie” recipe, but I changed it a bit.
