Chocolate Balls (orange)

Directions:

Combine powdered sugar, cookie crumbs, hot cocoa mix, 3 Tbsps Dark chocolate in a large bowl. Stir in orange concentrate and butter thoroughly. Stir in Dove chocolate and truffle chocolate.

Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll in cocoa powder (optional), let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours; cocoa will absorb into balls. Then, dip into semi sweet chocolate and shortening melted together. Place on wax paper then place in frig for 30 minutes. Place into candy cups. May store at room temperature.

Yield: 60-70 treats
