Ingredients
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Spread into greased 9 X 13" pan or jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes or until brownies test done; cool then spread marshmallow cream on. (If using mini marshmallows, sprinkle on brownies immediately after removing from oven and bake 3 minutes more.) Spread marshmallows with back of a spoon - dipping spoon in hot water to help spread. Let cool good. Put peanut butter and chocolate chips in a bowl over hot water. Stir until all melted; stir in the cereal. Spread over marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting.
