White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Pudding:

On Medium Heat combine cream, half and half, and sugar until dissolved to make sauce. Beat eggs and vanilla in a large bowl, set aside. When sauce boils, remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Then pour pudding into large bowl and whisk with egg mixture. Add cubed pieces of bread. Let soak for 20 minutes. Put mixture into 13 X 9 X 2 in. baking pan. Spray pan first, then sprinkle another 4 oz. of white chocolate chips throughout the mixture and on top!

Sauce

Stir sugar, milk, and butter over medium heat until dissolved. In a small bowl whisk together eggs and vanilla. Remove sauce from burner and whisk egg and vanilla mixture and cornstarch. When mixed together, add in chocolate chips. Mix until smooth. Return to burner and whisk until sauce comes just to a boil and remove immediately.

Serving suggestions: Serve warm with sauce poured over the top of each piece. Enjoy!
