Black Russian Cake

Serves 16 to 20

Ingredients:

Glaze:

Mix together and let stand while cake cools.

Directions:
Spray bundt pan with Pam Spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add all liquid ingredients at one time and beat for 4 minutes. Pour mixture into bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool cake for 10 minutes and then invert onto serving plate. Poke holes in top and sides of cake with toothpicks so glaze will soak in. Apply glaze to entire cake surface with a pastry brush and dust cake with powdered sugar.
