Turtles in Paradise

Directions:
Melt red chocolate first in a double boiler. Next, make a thin coat of the red chocolate from head to toe. Press the pecan into the red chocolate and put caramel on top. Cool in freezer or cold porch to set or harden. Last, put another layer of chocolate on the turtles and let the turtles harden. Makes 30 turtles.
