Our special Take and Taste series offers you the opportunity to experiment with spices. Register for the virtual cooking class, and we'll provide you with a kit with the special spices needed and the recipes!
This month we'll learn with Chef J. Miller, the owner and head chef of RedBarn Catering. During this live, virtual class, he'll teach us how to make a delectable Cardamom Dutch Baby (a type of popover) with a Blueberry & Lavender Compote. You are welcome to watch - or even cook along! Space is limited and registration is required. You'll receive instructions on how and when to pick up your spices with your registration confirmation email. If you'd like to cook along with J., just make sure you have the rest of the ingredients handy. The ingredients/recipes will be included with the kits.
