This open house-style event will provide an opportunity for interested residents to view, learn about, and provide feedback on the proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments.
The Village’s Comprehensive Plan sets the policy for the growth, development, and preservation of the community. The proposed amendments would only affect the Future Land Use Map (Maps 4a and 4b) of the Plan document. The proposed amendments involve the following, initiated by property owner request:
1. Change the Future Land Use designation for three parcels at 418-426 West Main Street (parcel numbers: 060611422772, 060611422905, and 060611422941) from “Single-Family Residential (Sewered)” to “Planned Industrial.”
2. Change the Future Land Use designation for one parcel at 102 Nesheim Trail (parcel number: 060611424211) from “Multi-Family Residential” to “General Industrial.”
Following the event, all comments received will be provided to the Village Plan Commission and Village Board for consideration.
