With the support of a chair, learn some basic standing poses to build strength, stability, and gain mobility. This is an all-levels class that caters to those new to yoga as well as those seeking more support and modifications around limitations and injuries. Marca Andriesse comes with over 20 years of experience and who has owned her Mount Horeb-based business, Yoga W/ Marca since 2008.
