At Home Composting and Food Waste Reduction: Approximately ⅓ of food is wasted in the United States annually, most of which ends up in our landfills. Learn about the environmental benefits of composting and how to start their own at-home composting system. We will break down the supplies you need, what to put in your compost, and how to troubleshoot any issues you may run into.

Prairie Restoration to Reduce Emissions and Sequester Carbon: Science has shown that the restoration or conversion of land to permanent perennial vegetation can increase the amount of carbon stored within soils. Wade and Michelle share information on the climate benefits of prairie restoration and ways for you to get involved in restoring our prairies!
