Come play Minecraft at the library! 10 players at a time may play in the library's private realm using the library ipads.
There will be a signup sheet available at the Children's desk, the first 10 people to add their names to the list will be able to play using the library ipads. If necessary, we will add names to a waitlist.
Ages 6-15, first come, first served. You are welcome to bring your own device and play Minecraft in your own world!

Thursdays 1-3 pm
The library meeting room is reserved every Thursday from 1-3 pm. The first Thursday of each month, Ms. Amy, one of the Youth Services Librarians, will lead the group activity. Every week will be fun and full of variety, giving the homeschool community a chance for learning and connection. Click here for more information about specific dates.
Saturday, March 2, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
For children and their caregivers. Have a young (pretend) vet, grocery store manager, or farm-to-table chef in the family? Flex those imagination muscles by engaging with our variety of dramatic play stations set up around the library. Think "pop-up children's museum" meets "supercharged literacy zone."

Stop by the library to complete a variety of neon crafts and activities. Open to ages 7
Wednesday, March 13 @ 6:30 pm
Experience the gravity-defying jumps and toe-tapping rhythms of this traditional dance form. Trinity Irish Dancers of Madison have been sharing the power, grace and joy of traditional Irish Dancing since 1982. This special performance will entertain all ages!
Saturday, April 6, 1:00-2:30 pm
You are invited to experience some sticker magic! Join in making sticker books, designing your own stickers, and discovering new stickers to add to your collection. There will be a structured sticker swap time from 1:00-1:30 pm, but of course you're welcome to share sticker joy widely the whole time. Geared towards children ages 6-12 and their caregivers.

We have collections of books and audio for children ages birth-18, learning kits and busy boxes on a variety of subjects.
