7th Annual Death by Chocolate Bake Off

Yes, it's that time again! Time to get out your best chocolate recipes and enter the Mount Horeb Public Library's 7th Annual Death by Chocolate Bake Off.

Download an application by clicking on DBC VII Rules and Application Form. Applications must be dropped off at the library no later than 5 pm on Friday, February 3rd!

The event will take place Saturday, February 18th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. This event is ONLY for ages 16 and up. Hope to see you out!

Tax Form Help

State and Federal

For Federal tax forms, please visit the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
For State tax forms, please visit the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.

The library does have physical copies of Federal forms available in the library. Just ask for help at the Help Desk. State forms have not yet arrived! We will post online when they do arrive.

Join us Saturday, February 18th at 6:30 pm for our Annual Death by Chocolate Bake Off. Tasting starts promptly at 6:30 pm and prizes will be announced at 8 pm. The Mount Horeb High School Fiddle Band will be playing for your listening and tasting pleasure! This even is ONLY for ages 16 and up!
