Bess Miller and Mimi Phan-Dinh, the chefs of Halo Halo food cart, bring their culinary skills back to the library. They'll lead us through how to make wonton soup and eggrolls. Participants will have hands-on practice rolling! What a great way to bring some warmth to your table as the winter season begins.
