Alex Bledsoe has lived in Mount Horeb since 2003, and before that all over the South. He's been a reporter, photographer, editor, and door-to-door vacuum
cleaner salesman. Trivia: He once ran into Fabio with a hand truck; the late Peter Straub once stepped on his foot; and he proudly owns a life-size porcelain bust of Elvis.DANDELION is his fourteenth novel, following the six Tufa novels, the five Eddie LaCrosse mysteries, and two books about vampires in the 70s. Set in a small southern town, DANDELION tells of a disreputable minister in a snakeskin jacket who tries to help a teenage girl who was once possessed, and may still be, thanks to the demons that congregate in the local big box store.
Maggie Ginsberg is the author of the novel
Still True, a senior editor at Madison Magazine, and a long-time award-winning contributor to regional and national magazines. She grew up near Tyrol Ski Basin, graduated from MHHS and spent the first year of her writing career as a staff writer at the Mount Horeb Mail. She lives in the area with her family and
