Enjoy an evening with Chef Joel Olson of Hemmachef as he discusses all sorts of ways to use those pumpkins that have been hanging around and are now having a hard time saying goodbye. He will demonstrate then provide tastes of the following pumpkin-centric recipes:
Pumpkin, Goat Cheese and Caramelized Cranberry Skillet Dip;
Orange Balsamic Pickled Pumpkin; and
Fried Pumpkin Bread
